Tae Seok and his team members locate where Punisher and Jang Seok Goo are and manages to rescue Jang Seok Goo. Punisher runs away and Tae Seok goes after him. Based on what Punisher has told about his mistrust of the police, Tae Seok tries to figure out Punisher’s motive and the next target.
